　We were shocked with the price with dinner including fresh abalone grill. The volume of food was great, we were very full.
It was our first trip with one year old child, we had a very satisfactory time with very hospitable staff. (The staff at the front desk looked scary at first but he was very gentle and friendly.)
Also the room was very beautiful, you couldn’t imagine it by the appearance of the building. We would stay again.

　Last year we stayed at the new building and this year we stayed at “Showa Kan”. The hotel gave fireworks to our 3 children as a welcoming gift, and they were very happy.
We are becoming a regular customer. The bath and dinner are perfect. All of my family members love it. I feel the warm kindness from the staff. We will be there again.

　We stayed on the first day of the 3 day holiday, on November 1. We had an ocean view room. The dinner was so delicious and the volume was great too. The bath sizes were just right and I enjoyed bathing. I had longed to have a fresh water outside onsen again. Since we arrived one hour earlier than the checking time, we asked if we just could park our car, but our room was ready for us. After long hours of driving, that was so nice. The staff who brought dinner and breakfast and all other staff were very kind. The facilities and equipment are old but very clean and tidy, it didn’t bother me at all. If we have a chance again, I would like to stay there again.

　We are very satisfied. The bath was very clean and relaxing. Their warm service was wonderful. It was a family trip, total 5 family members including 3 toddlers. When the staff were setting our room for dinner, my kids were in their way but staff were not bothered and even said “Thank you for helping” to our kids with a smile. When a staff saw us carrying our luggage at a hallway, she instantly helped us. All the staff were always smiling and that made us feel good. The food was great the volume was more than enough. We worried if the price was appropriate. My husband usually prefers fancy resort hotels and I was little worried when I made the reservation if he would like it. The building is old and inside is nostalgic (if I explain in good way…), my husband was impressed by the staff’s hospitality and thought the price was to low for their services. On the way back, we stopped at Izu Guranpal Park. Our kids said “Both the hotel and park were such fun. This trip was excellent.” and made us laugh. A fancy hotel would have been nice but I think we made the best choice to stay at the Palace Hotel with a great services especially we wanted relax with kids. Thank you very much.

　I traveled with my mom who has a little disability in her leg. The hotel reserved a room close to the bath and let us use a chair in a tatami room. We greatly appreciated their care. Like others mentioned, it is old but very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed seafood at dinner and breakfast especially abalone. The bath size was good for my mom, not too big, easy to go around. We also enjoyed talking to staff. Thank you very much.

　We stayed on the night of the Ito firework festival. The hotel let us park our car before check in time while we were at the beach. We had a bigger room than the one we actually reserved. Kids were so excited about the big room and having 2 different baths. All of my family members enjoyed the baths. The volume of dinner was big, more than we can finish. Too bad my 5 year old child ate most of my great sashimi and crab, but it was first time to try the fresh abalone grill and that was excellent. We enjoyed the beach and fireworks were beautiful, we had a perfect holiday. We would like to stay there again.

　I stayed with my family.
I didn’t have a great expectation before we get there by other people’s comment, but we had a great time. The room was big and clean, the food was so delicious.
The fireworks we saw from our room were fantastic. Our kids enjoyed a lot too. The staff were very nice and kind. My child had a fever at night, they contacted the emergency hospital and gave us cold patches. We were very appreciated with their warm correspondence. When we visit Ito area, we will stay there again.
